How do we do it?
Using agile methodology, we amalgamate the nursing process into every step of project delivery: Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation.
Our team
Formed in 2024, our team is led by Sean Costello. A registered nurse by trade, Sean has worked extensively across the public and private sectors in Ireland, the UK and Australia in clinical, operational and executive positions. Some notable clients he has led projects with in the past include Santos, CSIRO, Tennis Australia, the Walt Disney Company and the Health Service Executive in Ireland.
[insert] is the head of our Mental Health service line. [insert] is a qualified psychiatric nurse who has plied his trade in both the private and public sector. Whilst working in the Forensic Mental Health service in NSW, he operates as a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist from the [insert where].
[insert] leads the Operations of Healthforce [Ireland/Dubai]. An experienced registered nurse, [insert] also holds a masters in Project Management and is a member of the Project Management Institute. Some notable project she has worked on include the mobilisation of the Leinster Rugby team to play in the Pro 16 during the COVID-19 pandemic, and her involvement in the safe filming of Disney's 'The Last Duel' in 2020.
[insert] has spent all of his career supporting elite sportspeople. Since taking a graduate position with [insert] rugby, he has excelled through to being a coach with [insert]. Leading Healthforce's Sports Science arm.
We have a large pool of casual staff across Australia, Ireland and the UK who are available at short notice. Using the Healthforce credentialing system, we assure quality workforce to our customers. Our team of clinicians covers Nursing, Midwifery, Medical and Allied Health, with specialist areas ranging from Emergency & trauma, through to occupational health and sports science.
